Andaz Mexico City Condesa - I think it was at one time a Hyatt hotel but not these days. The Pro's - its in a great location in Condesa for exploring the town. It seems very secure, once dropped at the entrance you will pass no less than three security goons before you get to the elevators. So maybe its safe. The cleaning staff / house keeping is top shelf. They are the best at what they do. Cons - It's mated with the Mondrain next door which appears to be a better hotel. The Pool is only a way to expose the bodies of swimmers to people in the bar. It's a human aquarium. I decided to spare the people in the bar a view of my 65 yr old fat male body. - couldn't swim so thats a drag.

From the moment we arrived at The Andaz Mexico City Condesa, staff were warm and welcoming. The staff are the face of a hotel, and they are one of the main reasons that people will keep coming back! Our bright, clean modern room with crisp linens, lovely toiletries and wonderful housekeeping staff made our stay very comfortable. The hotel’s Portico Restaurant, breakfast buffet featuring both western and Mexican foods was amazing. We enjoyed the Cabuya Rooftop restaurant on the 17th floor with its 360-degree views of the Mexico City skyline! We also appreciated learning the hotel’s interesting history. The Aristos Complex designed by architect José Luis Benlliure back in 1961 is an icon in Mexico City’s Condesa neighbourhood. This building featured the creative vibe of mid-century modern design and served as government offices, residential units, and a record shop. This historical gem is now home to the Andaz Mexico City Condesa. We were delighted to discover that the hotel includes record players in each room as a tribute to the neighborhood's oldest record store and that each room also has a paper mache pinata figurines or “alebrijes" and ours was a very cute little dog. So many thoughtful touches! We thoroughly enjoyed our 7-night stay at The Andaz Mexico City Condesa!

My wife and I enjoyed our 2 weeks stay earlier in the year so much that we came back for another 2 weeks. As I started planning our third trip back I realized I never left a well deserved review. I want to start by highlighting the front desk staff, and specifically Lorena. We had a challenge with the A/C in our room early in our stay and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and handled everything with warmth and professionalism. She's a big reason that we've already referred friends and family to the hotel and can't wait to come back at Chritsmas time. The rooms and hotel were super clean, consistantly. The staff everywhere were always kind and helpful. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet. The location is pretty much perfect and we loved our daily walks around the area. The rooftop pool was small, but lovely with great views and attached to a fantastic rooftop bar.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It is a large property with many on-site amenities. However, the swimming pool is not very practical, as it is separated by glass from a dining area, which may be uncomfortable for guests who prefer more privacy while swimming. The hotel offers a 24-hour gym with excellent equipment. There are two restaurants and two cafés on the property, including a rooftop venue that features board games and arcade games. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options ranging from traditional Mexican dishes to freshly made tacos, as well as vegetarian choices and a dedicated kids’ section. Overall, the service was very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was by far the most stunning hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Hotels and accommodations in Mexico City as a whole seem to be tastefully decorated, but the Andaz takes it to the next level. Our room was comfortable and there’s a beautiful outdoor courtyard terrace to relax. Saving the best for last, the hospitality at this hotel was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and had the nicest stay possible. Muchas Gracias!

We had a fantastic stay at the Andaz Condesa and would absolutely stay here again. As soon as we arrived, everyone was very gracious and friendly. Marcos helped us with our bags and gave us great recommendations for tacos around the neighborhood. We were on the 15th floor and had no issues with city noise. We could hear a bit of the music from the rooftop bar one night, but it was very minimal. The room was comfortable with a beautiful city view. The bed was great, and room service came everyday with plenty of bottled waters. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was included in our booking. Marta and the entire staff remembered our names and coffee preferences which was really lovely and welcoming. They have a huge buffet selection, and everything we tried was great. We went up to the rooftop one evening for drinks- very cool vibes, nice people, and delicious drinks! The neighborhood is very walkable, and we always felt safe.

Had such a great time for a birthday trip here. The neighborhood was great, walkable, with all sorts of restaurants in every direction. The hotel was cute, very modern, but what really set it apart is the staff who works there. From the moment we walked in, Lucho helped us with our bags and gave us great recommendations, he really was the best. Cesar checked us in quickly and was very helpful, as was literally everybody we interacted with at the hotel. I wish I had everyone's names to praise them, they are a big reason why we will stay here when we come down to this lovely city again.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Andaz by Hyatt in Mexico City! The hotel is perfectly situated, nestled between Condessa and Roma. You can easily stroll to a variety of restaurants and attractions. The room is modern, beautifully designed, and super efficient. Plus, there’s a rooftop restaurant and swimming pool with a stunning view of the entire city. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to lend a hand. Bruno, thank you so much for your hospitality! It was such a pleasure meeting you and Andrea. We highly recommend the Andaz hotel in Mexico City!
